Monitoring
Organisations can use our monitoring tool to track their progress on an annual basis, whether they have signed a voluntary commitment or not:
- Current greenhouse gas emissions are compared with the previous years’ emissions and the organisation’s net-zero roadmap. Existing greenhouse gas reporting calculations can be integrated, with only aggregated figures reported.
- Progress in expanding renewable electricity generation on own sites and properties is documented and measured against the organisation’s development goals.
- Optionally, progress towards the set targets and the implementation of selected measures can also be reviewed.
Monitoring supports both internal performance tracking and reporting to the public and specific key stakeholders.
We have a dedicated tool that we provide for monitoring purposes.
Reporting
We publish the results of the annual monitoring on our website. Previous reports are available to view under Energy and climate reports. Organisations that participate in the monitoring and reporting process benefit from ready-to-use charts and report extracts that can also be used for internal reporting purposes.
